Harmony & Happiness wellbeing event for International Day of Happiness!
The second wellbeing event for 2024 sees Saffron Walden Town Council (SWTC) with Mind in West Essex, team up with Dead Time, Nikki Sammons – Wellbeing and Relaxation Therapist and Kevin Sweeney – Pranic Healing Practitioner to bring an inclusive wellbeing event to the town. Everyone is welcome to attend.

The event, ‘Harmony & Happiness!’ on Wednesday 20 March 2024, from 7pm to 9pm at Dead Time, coincides with International Day of Happiness. Said Sophie Storey, Mind in West Essex’ Community Engagement Officer, “Happiness and wellbeing can go hand in hand. Join us to discover a creative way to unlock what wellbeing and happiness means to you”.

During the event, you can expect to; engage and learn from speakers, enabling you to build your own happiness toolkit, discover wellbeing and relaxation techniques, experience meditation for inner calm, and enjoy a local drinks tasting (with non-alcoholic options) from Dead Time; Uttlesford Retailer of the Year 2024! Said wellbeing and relaxation therapist Nikki Sammons, “I will show people how we can start our day in a positive way. We will look into a little neuroscience; how we can retrain the brain to think more positively and feel happier and more grounded.”
