This incredibly moist fruitcake is made by Coles of Great Chesterford. Containing vine fruits, walnuts, glace cherries, brandy and sherry, this cake is described as a fruitcake for cheese and it is certainly the perfect accompaniment if you like to follow this tradition, which originated in Yorkshire in Victorian times, but it is also delicious on its own.
