A rare small batch distilled gin by English Saffron.
Beginning life as vodka made from East Anglian sugar beet, it is then distilled in copper pot stills with juniper berries, coriander, crushed macademia nuts and fresh citrus zests. Finally, it is infused with the best English saffron.
Superb simply with crushed ice, as martini with a torn bay leaf or with tonic and a slice.
