Description
Bardfield Vineyard is located at the heart of the Great Lodge Estate, set in an idyllic part of rural north Essex and once in the ownership of Anne of Cleves.
The vineyard was planted in 1989 on a south facing slope. The sandy clay soil, combined with the dry, sunny East Anglian climate, produces grapes full of flavour and leads to the production of finely balanced award winning wines.
