Town and District Council join forces for World Bicycle Day!

Saffron Walden Town Council (SWTC) and Uttlesford District Council (UDC) are delighted to be hosting FREE family fun activities to mark World Bicycle Day.

On Thursday 1 June, between 10am – 3pm, drop into the Market Square, CB10 1HR, in Saffron Walden.

Sign up for family rides around Saffron Walden led by trained professionals to increase your awareness, confidence and skills in cycling on the road. Bring your children along for free ‘learn to ride’ sessions.  Booking for this activity is essential via: https://letstalk.uttlesford.gov.uk/events.

Does your bike need some TLC?  Bring your old bike for a check over and to see the ‘bike doctor’ to get them back on the road and fixed for free!”

Come and make a smoothie from pedal power on a smoothie bike, great for you and the planet!  1Life Lord Butler will also be joining in with a fun activity – and have your face painted too.
