For those unable to attend, the organisers are now accepting bids online and over the phone until 5pm on Wednesday 18th May. Please email chesterfords4ukraine@gmail.com or call Meredith on 07525 420389 with details of your full name, email, address, contact number and the Lot name and number you would like to bid on. You will then be contacted by a member of the team to confirm receipt of your bid.

Please note that the highest in-advance bid for each Lot will become the price to beat on the night so, if you would like to bid on a Lot in advance, please submit the best and final amount you are pledging to pay.

If your bid is the highest at the end of the night, you will be contacted after the event by a member of the team to pay the amount in full before you receive the Lot.
