RADIANT DANCE ✨ Let’s come together to explore movement as medicine, as a ceremonial journey through sound, rhythm, breath, presence and emotion. Ecstatic Dance is a free form dance journey…no steps to follow, no expectations. It’s a space to move without judgment, to listen deeply to our bodies, and to let the music move through us. It’s a practice of connection: with yourself, with the beat, and with the collective field we create together. To open our hearts, we’ll begin with a special cacao to soften our inner world and guide us toward joy and authenticity. The music has been lovingly curated. Beginning with a soft and spacious opening, it gently invites you inward – grounding, centring, preparing. From there, waves of rhythm build toward a powerful ecstatic peak, awakening the primal and the divine through dance. The journey then melts into a soothing, heart-opening release, leaving the body relaxed, the spirit elevated, and the soul remembered. Me and my partner -Djamtom will be around and behind the decks, holding the space with care as we bring the musical journey to life. Together, we’ll co-create a container of trust, play, and celebration through dance like a full body prayer. Come as you are. No experience needed, just a willingness to move and feel.
