
The Bartlow 3 Counties walk is back! On Sunday May 1.
This year we will be raising money for 3 brilliant local charities.
Linton Health Centre (Granta Group), Bartlow Church Restoration Fund, and Addenbrooke’s Robot Appeal.
The Robot will enable keyhole surgery on many patients from Pancreatic Cancer to Gynaecological conditions.
This year the 1 mile walk will be Robot themed. Robots Past Present and Future.
With fun activities on the way. There are also 6,9 and 13 mile walks across beautiful countryside, passing through some areas not usually open to the public. Dogs welcome on leads.Toilets ( plus dog snacks and water) provided half way, maps and marshals are provided to help with directions. Safe parking is on site. In the farm yard there will be children’s activities, local beer and refreshments for sale, and the brilliant Linton Jazz Band playing. Raffle with cash prizes.
Ticket prices unchanged from 2019. It is cheaper to pre register on line, good family rates available. On line registration opens on April 1. At www.bartlow3countieswalk.co.uk
The walk starts at Hills Farm Bartlow CB214PW, Registration from 09.30, with walks starting from 10.00. If you are doing the 13 mile walk you should aim to start by 11.15.
