The Stables is a beautifully converted stable block dating from 1900 situated 5 minutes walk from the centre of Saffron Walden, a lively and interesting market town. It’s fully equipped kitchen-diner includes a modern gas hob and oven, dishwasher and washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. The spacious lounge has two large comfortable sofas (one of which can convert to a sofa bed if required), a LCD TV, DVD, and mp3 dock’. We also provide a good array of books and games and children’s toys for your entertainment.
Upstairs we have two good sized bedrooms – one with a king size bed the other with twin single beds. As well as a downstairs cloakroom, upstairs there is a newly refurbished bathroom with a shower and bath.
Linen and towels and hairdryers are provided, plus a welcome starter pack. Parking is available on site for 1 vehicle.
Facilities within walking distance: Golf course, tennis, leisure centre Audley End House, local market, supermarket.
Location: Saffron Walden is situated between the historic city of Cambridge and is less than 30 minutes drive to Stansted airport. 50 minutes from London
