Saffron Walden Christmas card now on sale

This year, a night-time view of Saffron Walden Market Place with Christmas lights features on the TIC Christmas card. The Town Hall forms the backdrop, with the Memory Tree and the Drinking Fountain in the foreground. The night sky is brightly lit with Christmas lights. The image was donated for TIC use allowing the cards to be offered at the very reasonable price of £4.95 for 6. A single card can also be purchased for £1.

The wording in the interior reads “With Best Wishes for Christmas and the New Year”.

Purchases by post or email (payment by cheque or card) can be made if customers are unable to call into the TIC in person. (A small postage charge will be applicable). Please contact the TIC to arrange the best method for you (email tourism@saffronwalden.gov.uk or call 01799 524002).

Purchase of these cards supports the ongoing service of the Tourist Information Centre, which is itself funded by Saffron Walden Town Council. The cards are wrapped in biodegradable paper bags rather than in cellophane sleeves, to reduce non-recyclable waste.
