We are a church that respects all ages and values the gifts they bring equally. Our worshipping community is a broad and inclusive church which welcomes challenge, exploration, participation and debate and is fully committed to the ecumenical  process. You are invited to join us on our pilgrim journey as we work together to discover our faith and the purpose for which God has called us.

Services All are welcome at our services. They are held every Sunday at Abbey Lane from 10.30 to 11.30.  (See the Calendar page for a full list of Services and Activities.) Families with young children are most welcome.  We all begin the service together and then young people can leave before the sermon to join Junior Church. On the third Sunday each month we usually run Sunday Club for children, commencing at 9.30am. Junior Church is run by approved helpers and is aimed at a younger audience encouraging participation in worship through song, arts and crafts.

We also hold an informal afternoon service on the third Sunday of most months at Newport United Reformed Church from 3 pm , followed by light refreshments. These services are exploring “The Story,” God’s relationship with humankind.
