Self-catering with 1 unit, £850-£1425 pupw sleeps 2-6
The Workshop Barn once served as stables and carriage barn for the Manor House of Bendysh Hall. Following on from this it has been a Brew House and workshop. In a bad state of repair and following on from the success of the Bed and Breakfast facilities in the main house. Nick and Ali Fordham decided to convert the barn into further accommodation. It is warm with under floor heating and a woodburner. Comfortably sleeps 6 people with a disability accessible room on the ground floor with its own wet room, large double room with king size bed and en-suite bathroom and a further two single beds on the mezzanine which has its own WC and basin.
Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen are with French doors opening onto a large decking area. Decking area is wheelchair accessible.

While the outside space is set out as decking there is plenty of open access to fields and good walking where well behaved dogs can be exercised. There is space for for children to play safely fenced in and for families to enjoy outside dining. The decking area as with the barn is accessible for disabled guests. Whilst there is no minimum age for children it should be noted that this is a working farm, there are times when there will be large machinery working in close proximity and there is unfenced ponds where children should be closely supervised.
