Christmas In Saffron Walden

Sunday 25th November: 11am to 5pm:

• Christmas street market,
• Food and drink,
• Screening of Frozen at 1pm in the Town Hall. Tickets £5 full, £3 concs, under 2s free or from TIC
• Live music
• A visit from Hovis, the Audley End Horse, from 3 to 5.30pm. Hovis will be      located outside, at the rear of the Town Hall.
• Lights switch on in the Market Square at 4.30pm, with Father Christmas , Elves    and the Mayor, Cllr Paul Fairhurst.
• Santa’s Grotto from 2.30pm. Free!

Friday 30th November: 5.30 to 8.30pm:

• All day market (from 9am)
• Late night shopping
• Charity stalls in King St: organised by Saffron Walden Initiative
• Food and drink
• Live music
• Christmas gift fair in the Town Hall (Friday 9am to 8.30pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5pm)

  • Vintage Bus running between Audley End House and Saffron Walden: every Saturday from 24th Nov until 22nd December, 10am until 5.30pm.

Tucked away in the back streets of pretty Saffron Walden, this lovingly restored Grade II gem consists of seven interlinked gardens laid out in the nineteenth century, and features a formal knot garden, kitchen garden and a popular hedge maze.
