Details
“Wolcum alle and make good cheer!” Out of the air and water of his native Suffolk, Benjamin Britten crafted a musical Christmas celebration with a difference. His Ceremony of Carols is the fresh sprig of holly on the top of this seasonal concert from Harry Christophers and his virtuoso chamber choir The Sixteen: the brightest link in a chain of festive music from across the centuries.
